DownStorm does not allow the download of any illegal or copyrighted files onto its server network. Any user found to be downloading such files, will have their service suspended or terminated, without warning. This will be decided on a case by case basis. DownStorm cannot, and will not be held responsible for any files download onto their server network by the user. The user hereby takes full responsibility for their actions whilst using this product / service.</p>

    <p>For month to month (Pay As You Go [PAYG]) account holders, the account auto expires once the allotted time has elapsed. For subscription users, you can cancel at any time you wish. The account will be transformed into a PAYG account which expires at month end. </p>
